How to be a Beautiful and Confident Woman

 Every woman wants to look attractive and confident. You like to buy nice dresses, lipsticks, and cosmetics. It’s because you want to look more beautiful, charming, and confident.

But do you know how to enhance your face and attract others? There are several ways to look gorgeous, slim, and charming, such as having a perfect make up and wearing a bodysuit. You can also do these to look beautiful and more confident:

1. Showering

You can do swimming or jogging twice a week. If you like exercising at home, try yoga, Pilates, or aerobics. You can also walk at least 10,000 steps a day.

  3. Puji Tuhan hal-hal ditulismu ini semua sudah jadi kebiasaanku. Tetapi untuk shapewear tidak terlalu sering, karena hampir jarang pakai gaun hehehehe.

    Kalau pakai aku sering yang Underwire Push-Up, suka aja itu.

  6. Aku pake loh shapewear 😁. Soalnya ini penting dan ngaruh bangettt utk menjaga postur tubuh tetap tegak, dan mencegah makan terlalu banyak. So berat badan bisa stabil dan ga kepengin makan berlebihan. 👍.

    Makanya pemilihan shapewear yg nyaman dipakai berjam2 itu penting. Jangan beli yg asal murah tp ternyata panas, bikin gerah dan ga ada efek apa2 di tubuh.

  10. Makasih banyak tipsnya. Penting banget buat jaga kebersihan tubuh, menggunakan pakaian yang nyaman dan
    shapewear yang sesuai ukuran serta bentuk tubuh pun nggak kalah penting.

    Selain itu memang mesti dan wajib rajin olahraga, minimal jalan kaki atau lari secara konsisten. Sehingga wajah tetap fresh, nggak kalah penting kudu senyum dan nggak mudah kesal/marah atau membenci. Hati tenang, perasaan bahagia dan tubuh pun nampak lebih segar bugar.

  14. Terlihat sederhana tapi belum tentu semua orang bisa melakukannya, aku contohnya, hehe. Mandi jarang, hm ya sehari sekali biasanya. Makan buah dan sayur juga kadang kadang doang, lebih suka di dominasi penganan junk food dan jajanan pinggir jalan, huft.

    Di usia sekarang memang ada yang makin bikin nggak pede, perut terutama kak, terlihat besar dan menggelambir, kadang kalau pakai jeans jadi keliatan banget. Memang harus pake shapewear sih kayaknya aku, biar makin pede.

  17. Kyknya yang sering pakai setelan misal ngantor pakai body suit biar makin cakep pakai bajunya. Pakai sebelum wearing kebaya juga cocok yaa.
    Tapi tetep emang gak cuma penampilan luar aja yang dijaga, kudu didukung sama ecercise, olahraga, juga makan makanan sehat kek buah sayur, dan juga kudu mandi, jangan jorok. Masa body bagus jorok hihihi.
